We want to dedicate this award to the three founders of the Company, Mr. Eggon, Mr. Werner and Mr. Geraldo. Valuing people has always been a point that deserved the founders’ special attention on the great legacy they left us: “If machines are missing, you can buy them; if there is no money, you can borrow; but people you can’t buy or borrow, and people motivated by an idea are the basis for success”. That´s why, we want to share this recognition with all the employees of WPA, Oxford Porcelains and WEG SA, who contributed to building this company to be solid and competitive”, said Decio da Silva, WEG´s Chairman of the Board.
